solid stay near the sea
helpful staff clean room included parking permit
I found the staff helpful with directions, and they quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv. the room was clean, and i slept soundly each night. i especially appreciated the included parking permit. It saved me from worrying about finding street parking.
the shower cubicle was quite small, and it made maneuvering a bit difficult.

good menu staggered choice helpful service
The location provides easy access to nearby gardens. Breakfast had a good menu. I appreciated the staggered sitting choice available in the morning. Staff provided friendly and helpful service.

lovely sea view experience
cozy room sea view convenient parking
the reception staff welcomed me warmly. the hotel provided a free parking disc i found plenty of spaces right outside it is important to avoid parking under lampposts because of seagulls. the hotel is in a superb position it is quiet and provides easy access to the seafront and town centre.
the bar closed early at 10 pm. the menu selection was somewhat limited. there were no snack options available. i noted that it was not possible to eat in the bar area even though tables were available.

my room was equipped with tea and coffee facilities it also contained hot chocolate and biscuits. there were ample plug sockets available. the bathroom featured a long bath ideal for a relaxing soak.

the staff were very friendly they shared a lot of information with me. the team was attentive. every staff member i encountered showed friendliness and helpfulness making my stay particularly enjoyable.

the hotel provided a delicious sirloin of beef sunday lunch. the restaurant offered plenty of roast and seasonal vegetables. breakfast was freshly cooked and served piping hot ensuring a high-quality meal.

boiler noise cramped space
The room was too small. I felt cramped. it was right next to the boiler so i heard noise constantly. This was very annoying. the room was also too warm even after i turned off the radiator. i don't think i will stay here again.
